Thanks for sending the har file my way! Taking a look at the file, it looks like the issue is specific to the custom field you have in your form with your meetings link.
Are you able to get to the settings within the meetings tool for the form to delete any fields aside from “first name” “last name” and “email”? If you encounter any error on the road to getting to that screen/saving that update, please let me know.
