# Error received from test - Amazon Appflow

Amazon AppFlow received the following error:  
The request failed because the service Source HubSpot returned the following error: Details: The request failed with status code 403 (Forbidden).This app hasn’t been granted all required scopes to make this call. Read more about required scopes here: [Working with OAuth - HubSpot docs](https://developers.hubspot.com/scopes).. Status code 403 (Forbidden)..  
Despite enabling all scopes on the Private App, I have been receiving this error

- for auth, does App Flow use OAuth or a Private App?
- what subscriptions does your portal have?
- what is the exact endpoint you are making a request to?
