Trying to clone landing page but getting this error from hubspot.

ErrorType: 'MISSING_ADVANCED_LANDING_PAGES_SCOPE',
 message: 'Portal 20577515 doesn’t have permission to change advanced landing pages

I have a app and given content scope for auth. Also I have created another landing page and I am able to clone it.
Not sure what change made in existing landing page and cloning is not working with above error.
tried different scope but no help.
Can you please help me understand what exact scope I need to add so this will allowed ?

Hi, @PBhapkar :waving_hand: Looking through recent support tickets for this issue, I found a common theme — the page that is “not cloneable” uses Modules not available for portals that are Starter.

There are a few ways a portal can end up in this state:

  • tier downgrade, Professional > Starter for example
  • the page you are wanting to clone was created when the portal-in-question had an active trial

If you have access to support, I’d suggest filing a support ticket, as they can access your portal and verify the root cause. And my experience says this is related to modules used on the page in question not being available for use in a portal at the Starter-level subscription.
