# Error Message when downloading certificate

Hi HubSpot Academy team,  
I completed the **Digital Advertising Certification** , but I’m getting an error when trying to download my certificate.

The error says:  
“ **There was a problem loading this page. Something’s gone wrong. Refresh the page or log in again. If this keeps happening, please contact support.** ”

I’ve tried refreshing and logging in again, but it still doesn’t work. Could someone help me access or download my certificate?

Hey @Lexi12,

Thanks for posting in the Community!

We appreciate you confirming that you’ve attempted to log out and back in. Could you please also try:

-trying to access this certificate in a different browser (it you’re using Chrome, for example, please try in Safari)  
-trying to access this certificate in an incognito window
