I’m asking this question for 1 of my client. We build Landing Page using Swipe Pages & recently we use the default integration to Hubspot. However, it shows the error message below.

 ![Screenshot 2023-08-11 at 3.30.15 PM.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/6/9/697cbb1b216c62d57d68194dd8d7f20de82d86a7.png)

What should i do to resolve this error?

Hi @EricChee1989,

The issue is that the options displayed on the “Number of Employees” field on your form do not match the internal values of the options available for teh “Number of Employees” property in HubSpot. See the screenshot below:

 ![Screenshot 2023-08-11 at 10.34.09.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/2X/b/b168cc2bbe31a85def0e2b5b3286bf476df9e5da.png)

In order to rectify you need to ensure that the options on the Swipe form match the ones within HubSpot. See below:

This will result in an error - [EXAMPLE PAGE HERE](https://tozwlu4h9yst.swipepages.net/page1)

This will not result in an error - [EXAMPLE PAGE HERE](https://tozwlu4h9yst.swipepages.net/page2)

I’ve also recorded a [short video](https://share.vidyard.com/watch/CHf6JxTLo7n3qymBNStsxr?) highlighting this.

I hope this is helpful!

Hey @EricChee1989 looks like a field called “Select number of employees” is sending incorrect data to HubSpot. This would depend on how your property is setup in HubSpot. It seems like the data you’re sending to it does not allow that type of data.

You need to ensure that the property exists in HubSpot, the integration is mapping to the correct internal value and that the values you’re sending is allowed by the HubSpot property and the internal values match if it is a dropdown or checkbox property type.
