I’ve been getting this error when syncing individual lists since yesterday afternoon. I put in a ticket with support but I know it’s their week of rest. I’m well below my API limits. Any ideas? ---

Hi @fkbowman, Where exactly are you seeing this error message? Could you please share a screenshot? When you say that you’re syncing individual lists, how exactly do you go about this? Are you referring to the integration inclusion list? The more details you share, the higher the likelihood of a fast resolution. Currently, there’s not a lot to work with. Best regards ---

Hi, Karsten. @fkbowman oh, plant-based meat flavors. Nice. This knowledge base article notes that syncing lists requires up to 3x the number of API calls for the list size: > * * * > > Please note: batch syncs may require a large number of API calls. Resync contacts Resync all 647 contacts in this list with Salesforce? You have used 8,245 API calls in the last 24 hours. We estimate that this action will use approximately 800 API calls to Salesforce. Your limit set in HubSpot is 51,200 API calls. ---

I am having exactly the same problem. This happens when I click on the list action to sync with salesforce. My list has only 250 contacts and my API limit remaining is 300k. ---
