I have a simple workflow that enrolls a contact into another workflow based on list membership. I’ve had 3 contacts in the past few days not get enrolled in the other workflow with an error saying “The contact was found in a suppression list” -- I don’t have any suppression lists set up for this workflow. Any ideas? This is what I currently have as my unenrollment and suppression settings in the workflow.

Very unusual. Just to confirm, the screenshot is from the target workflow, not the workflow which is sending the contacts to the target workflow, correct?
When you use the Test button in the upper right of the workflow editor for one of these contacts, what’s the result, would the contact enroll or not?
In your target workflow, have you set up workflow goals in the top left?
If that’s not it, could you share a screenshot from the action log of the original workflow?
