I have been using successfully the Hubspot LiveChat in Wordpress for over a year. Today it gave me the following errors when I tried to access the inbox from within WordPress:

There was a problem while connecting to default inbox.
You need chatflows access to use this feature.
Ask an admin to update your permissions.

I’m having the same problem. I’m also superadmin.
I should mentions I only get the error with the Chat feature. Forms are all connected and working fine. This was working and suddenly stopped a few months ago. I have not found a solutions to date. Please help.
I am also having this problem again. It was only fixed last time with a new update.
