HubSpot is assigning me a lot of leads as direct traffic when they come from other sources, why could this be?
This happens a lot and can be caused by many different things. It could be that you are passing data through other sources or non-hubspot forms or integrations before the data is posted so the source gets set as direct as hubspot does not know what to do with it. If you can post an example we can investigate, and I would also recommend you open a support ticket so hubspot can investigate from their end as well as this is just a user-to-user support forum.
