# Error Importing Contacts from CSV

Hi I am new to the Hubspot CRM and cannot for the life of me seem to import contacts from CSV properly. My issue is that not all the fields show up in the CRM when I try to import from CSV. I’ve looked at guides and I’ve saved my spreadsheet in CSV in Excel, changed all my headers to match Hubspot headers, fixed errors, etc. First name, last name, and company name seem to show up but mobile phone number, work email, or anything else. Any help would be appreciated!

What exactly do you mean by this?

Where exactly are you checking? If you map the columns during import and don’t receive any errors, it should all be there. Just keep in mind that HubSpot does not automatically adjust all views to include the imported columns. If that was the case, each import would change the UI.

On a contact record, for example, all available properties can be found here:
