Error in HubSpot Academy Sales Software Certification grading

Hello, HubSpot Support Team,

I would like to request assistance in reviewing the results of my HubSpot Sales Software Certification exam.

I took the test and, surprisingly, only 2 out of 60 questions were marked as correct. This does not align with my study process or the previous results I achieved within the same platform.

Throughout the course, I completed every practical exercise and used the “Available Knowledge Check - Take the Test” tool in each module. In those internal assessments, I obtained positive and consistent results. Furthermore, I answered many of the final exam questions with confidence because they matched what I had learned in the videos, practical exercises, and knowledge checks.

Therefore, I would like to know if it is possible to review my exam attempt or verify if there was any system error, as the result obtained does not seem to reflect my actual performance during the course.

I appreciate any guidance or review you can provide in advance.

For information, scores are determined automatically by HubSpot’s grading software.

That said, I can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to make any changes. However, since you mentioned that you’ve typically received higher scores in previous certifications, let me look into this internally. I’ll get back to you with an update either here or via DM.

At this time, the grading process is fully automated, so we aren’t able to review individual answers or make changes to the score.

Hi @Berangere! Thank you so much for your response and for taking the time to review the case. I’ve already approved the certificate :partying_face: but I still think it’s important to have it reviewed because the difference in the grade was quite significant.
