Hey @Cherie can you confirm that the email address you are trying to send to is a valid email? You can crosscheck with some of these [email validation integrations](https://app.hubspot.com/ecosystem/20437249/marketplace/apps/?eco_search=email%20validator). ---

My email address was verified and I tried a variety of addresses as well. IT support said it was because the personalization tokens that were part of the template I used where removed. Even when I added them back in, it wouldn’t send. I had to copy the email over again in a new template, not a clone, and it worked fine. Thank You! ---

This link goes to a page that’s obviously been taken over. There is nothing about email validation on it. ---

I know it’s a scam. But the reply said they were trying to get it fixed as if it weren’t.The admin should’ve removed the post long ago. ---

This happened to me and it resolved when I updated the email title in settings and removed the word “(clone).” ---

Same here… its was a clone email… removed the word CLONE and it sent ---

First - I just have to say - for how big Hubspot is - the fact the error can’t articulate the various reasons WHY the email validation failed is BONKERS! For me, I wasn’t using a cloned template and knew my email address was correct. I tried to hit send a couple times and kept getting that Email Validation Failed Error. So I had to hit, Save, then click back on the email from the list and THEN when I entered the email, I had a red note at top that said I had to enter my web version redirect URL. Once I did that, then it sent fine. Not sure why that couldn’t have been surfaced in the error message at time of send??
