Error "Didn't Execute" in WhatsApp Campaign - HubSpot

Hi,

I’m running a WhatsApp campaign and encountering an error for a few contacts: “Didn’t execute.”

Server response:
“hs_execution_state”:“FAIL_CONTINUE”

I’ve checked a few numbers that triggered this error, and everything appears to be fine on my WhatsApp.

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue?

Thank you

The “Didn’t execute” error in your WhatsApp campaign with the response “hs_execution_state”:“FAIL_CONTINUE” generally indicates that the message-sending process failed, but the campaign continued to the next contact.

1. Even if the numbers seem fine on your end, they might not be correctly formatted, or could be inactive or blocked on WhatsApp.

2. Ensure all contacts have provided proper consent to receive WhatsApp messages. If consent is missing, the messages may fail to send.

3. Check if the message contains any restricted content or unsupported formats (e.g., certain emojis, attachments, or URLs that may not be allowed).

4. If you’re using a third-party integration or API to send messages, there might be limitations or restrictions from the service provider. Verify if you’re within usage limits or if there are any connectivity issues.

5. Check if there are any configuration issues in your WhatsApp Business API settings or templates.

Temporary Glitches: Sometimes, temporary server issues or network problems can cause such errors. Try resending the messages after a short period.

Next Steps:

1. Ensure all numbers are correctly formatted and active on WhatsApp.
2. Verify that you have proper consent from all contacts.
3. Make sure the message complies with WhatsApp’s guidelines.
4. Look into the API or integration logs for more detailed error messages.
5. If the issue persists, contact your WhatsApp Business API provider or HubSpot support for further assistance.

I hope it helps, let me know if you need to talk!
