# ERROR 1006

BUENAS TARDES, ME APARECE EL ERROR 1006 SI ENTRO DESDE OTRA UBICACION

Hola @credifuerza,

Gracias por contactarnos. Espero que te encuentres bien.

Para poder descartar situaciones externas. Te importaría probar a abrir el mismo URL dentro de:

1. Modo incógnito:[Navegar en modo Incógnito - Ordenador - Ayuda de Google Chrome](https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=es)

2.En un navegador diferente como puede ser Firefox, Opera, IE.

[3.Es](http://3.Es) buena idea también probar el link, utilizando una red de wifi o internet diferente. Puedes probar a intentar desde tu móvil/celular, utilizando la red del teléfono.

En el caso que sigamos viendo el error 1006, en todos los pasos o solo en uno de ello, por favor comunicanoslo.

Hi kestrada ,

I got the same error 1006 - my IP address got banned:

REQUEST ID: 63B95117EC50FFB0 IP ADDRESS: 118.99.93.22 TUE APR 06 2021 15:31:26 GMT+0800 (CENTRAL INDONESIA TIME)

I cleared my cache and cookies, logged in from a different browser and restarted my laptop - nothing worked.

I also got this: Cloudflare Ray ID: 63b992123ec63585 • Your IP: 118.99.93.22 • Performance & security by Cloudflare

Can you help please?
