I am just starting my studies on HubSpot. I have a strong interest in the tool and plan to work with it soon. However, throughout the “Marketing Software” course, even after attempting it multiple times over several days, the task “Create an email in HubSpot” is not marked as complete by the platform. Could you please help me with this?

Sorry to hear you’re hitting a roadblock there. Are you able to confirm if you’re seeing any errors after clicking “Exercício concluído”?
From my understanding, it looks like you should be all set now to do so now. If you’re still running into any issues from there, please feel free to reach back out and I’ll be happy to help!

Thank you for your response and support. Although I wasn’t able to submit the activity, it has now been marked as completed, and I was able to access the certificate.
