It would be nice if we could add an additional (preferably multiple) BCCs to the outbound emails from the help desk tickets and also an additional (preferably multiple) Forwarding address.
Currently there is only a bubspot address listed as the BCC and Forwarding address here -
Settings → Data Management → Activities → Email Log & Track → Manual Logging
