It would be great if customers were able to create a contacts-based workflow with enrollment trigger for Contact Owner is deactivated and then proceed to reassign these contacts to active users.
As there is no property per se to capture that a contact is being assigned to a ‘deactivated owner’, we can only manually specify for contacts being owned by these users to be reassigned. However the ability to filter for ALL deactivated users would essentially automate this entire process, without the need to go back to add a newly deactivated user to the workflow trigger. 
I fully agree with this suggestion. It’d be great to automate such a process. Would be great to see this in the works, Hubspot.
