Hi team! Creating this for a customer:
Currently, after a contact has completed the sequence, it is only possible to re-enroll the contact in the sequence from the beginning of it.
The only workaround to this would be to create a new sequence with just the added steps, and then enroll those contacts to make sure they don’t go through steps they already went through.
This is not ideal for tracking purposes as it created two different sequences with separate tracking in terms of opens/clics/replies/etc…
It would be amazing to have the option to re-enroll contacts at a chosen step in the sequence!
