I consider myself to be a power user of the HubSpot Sales plugin for Gmail. IMO, the plugin should be built for speed. In the past, I was able to crank through tasks, but with the recent update the Plugin has become much more cumbersome to use. My productivity has definitely decreased because of the added steps and challenges with the UI.

Here is the first issue I’m experience which is very annoying and not needed:
1. When I click on a new email, the plugin always opens the “About this contact” section. This is definitely not needed. The plugin show save the last way you used the plugin. For me, I have to close the About This Contact Section and then click Tasks to view the open tasks. In the old version, you didn’t have to worry about the About This Contact" section from ever appearing.
