I have the problem that the english version of that article
don`t appear in the correct categorie which it should be belonging the German version (primary version).
In German it should be “Mein Konto” and in the english version in “My account”, but the english version appears in another categorie called “My company”.
Why it is like this? How i can solve it? Thanks and Best Tanja
Hey @TanjaLandsberg, thank you for posting in our Community!
It looks like the English version of the article is incorrectly categorized. In HubSpot, translated articles don’t always inherit the category from the primary language. To fix this, go to the Knowledge Base settings, find the English version of the article, and manually adjust its category to ‘My account’ instead of ‘My company.’ This should resolve the issue. Let me know if that helps!
Kindly,
Pam

It is may be due to lack of that plugin performance. As far as i know, sometimes these plugins cause trouble while translating things in the proper section. Like most recently, I handled a website where my client was offering different clothing stuffs and as he was offering it the different locations, so he has set various language tags and certain plugins as well.
Those sometime did not work. We try to figure it our but the issue remained. Then we contacted the plugins providers, so they fixed certain things, and now that website is doing fine. You can check it here as well.
If this issue is on an e-commerce store, then we can discuss in detail. Leave a reply if you need help regarding this specific matter.
