Are you trying to pull the records from your dev test portal 6286184?
If that’s the case, when looking at the contacts in the portal, I’m only able to see two sample contacts. The sample contact doesn’t get return when calling the Engagement APIs. I tried creating a sample contact “Wendy Testing” with a sample “Test” note and when I get all the engagements from the Get all engagements endpoint, I’m able to see the note engagement.
