When I tried to subscribe to engagement events related to deals, I couldn’t find “engagement” listed as an available object type in the subscription options.
Hey @Damodhar could you provide a bit more info on what you mean by “subscribe” is this in your notifications? I don’t believe engagements are here.
Engagements is a bit of an unusual object, workflows use each engagement as a seperate object, lists don’t really use them and reports use them as a group object.
If you can provide more info on what you’re trying to do I can try to help more!
Thank You for the reply i figured out that isuuse. But can you tell me like what event should i subscribe to get the rescheduleded meetings info.
Pretty sure that’s just automatically enabled in the meetings tool if someone reschedules! Do you have “cancel and reschedule” enabled in your meetings?
