Hello,

do you know if it’s possible to create a report that sum all engagement a contact would have

I am constantly tasking myself to follow up on contact, but sometimes I miss creating a task and notice later that this contact engaged a ton and It felt from my radar.

So I love a report showing on the past year who are my most 100 engaged contact. I’m interested to know the one who click on a link, watch a video, read the blog… Do you know if it’s possible?

Hey @NBailliache ,

Happy to help out here. From what you’re describing, it sounds a lot like Lead Scoring that you want to do.

Since these signals that you and many other businesses would like to check and maybe even report on are very individual to the industry and business, you have to tell HubSpot how to score each one of them.

Here are some resources to get you started:

In this blog post by HubSpot itself, the concept is explained in general

> **[Lead Scoring Explained: How to Identify and Prioritize High-Quality Prospects](https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/lead-scoring-instructions)**
>
> Learn how to use lead scoring to figure out where your leads stand and who’s most likely to close.

This knowledge base article describes how to set something up like this in HubSpot

> **[Understand the lead scoring tool](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/scoring/understand-the-lead-scoring-tool)**
>
> Learn more about how lead scores are calculated, including use cases and best practices for setting up scoring.

There is also something called _Predictive Scoring_ within HubSpot. It’s an enterprise feature but if you have access this might also be worth exploring

> **[Determine likelihood to close with predictive lead scoring](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/determine-likelihood-to-close-with-predictive-lead-scoring)**
>
> Learn about and use the Likelihood to close and Contact priority properties to predict which of your contacts are most likely to become customers.

Cheers,

Chriso
