Is there any API / Endpoint that counts custom object or records that we can run on curl or node for us to monitor how many records / objects that we have already.
This one don’t show total items on result: [https://api.hubspot.com/crm/v3/objects/{](https://api.hubspot.com/crm/v3/objects/2-20106951/)objectType}

Hi @LFaderon

Total record count retrieval part, HubSpot APIs don’t currently offer a dedicated endpoint

Would you like to give a try with Workflows without coding

- Create a workflow triggered by a specific event (for instance - record creation or update) in your custom object.
- Use the “Increment a property value” action within the workflow.
- Create a custom property (number type) to store the record count.
- The workflow will automatically increment the property value for each record creation or update, giving you the total count.

**Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!**
**Thank you very much and have a great one!**
**Warm regards**

Hi @LFaderon ,

The quickest way to solve this is to create a list for each individual object and use a filter that is always true for each record, like ‘ID is known’.
You can then use the [Lists API](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/lists) to retrieve that specific list, which will include the size in the response, giving you the total record count.
