Hey team,
Notifications are a great way to enable Sales to take quick actions. Right now the MS Teams notification through a workflow only goes to a certain channel and not an individual owner. The other limitation would be not being able to select private/shared channels to send a notification.

Agreed on this! Having the option to send Teams notifications to specific users, and private/shared channels would grant more flexibility for business to use this tool within HubSpot.
Considering the flexibility MS Teams shared channel offer, I have structured many commercial channels in teams as “shared”. However HS can only see “standard” channels.
Is there any workaround for this?

Sales reps neet to be able to get the notifications regaring just them on their teams channel without email notifications bloking their email account!
Frustrated to have gone through the set-up of linking MS Teams to HubSpot with our IT Team only to discover you’re unable to send notifications to individuals.
Trying desperately to set up page visit notifications to Teams to facilitate real-time outreach. The chrome extension, nor the prospecting feed allow for an audible bell for the ‘companies you own’ setting.
I agree with these comments. I have a channel that is accessible to just a particular sales team, and I want to send notifications to this channel from a HS workflow. Annoying and dissapointing to see only that only the channels shared to everyone can be ‘seen’ and included in the Hubspot workflow. PLEASE add this to the development queue.
An option to send notifications to individual users or group chats would be great! I am a bit surprised that not many people are requesting this! 
+1 to this. Group Chat or Personal Msgs as notifications would be great.
+1 to this, I do not understand how there is no ability to send the Teams Notification to the Deal Owner for example.
+1 to this, this is crucial functionality for notifying Commercial/CS Reps for various updates/actions directly in MS Teams. I am shocked that this feature doesn’t exist..
