Goal: I would like to be able to create Company-based and Deal-based lists using enrollment in a specific workflow as a filter criteria.
Current Situation: Currently, the “Workflow Membership” or “Workflow Enrollment” filter is only available when creating Contact-based lists. There is no native way to segment Companies or Deals based on whether they (or their associated records) are currently active in or have completed a specific workflow.
Use Case & Value: This limitation makes it difficult to manage account-based marketing (ABM) or complex sales cycles. For example:
- Creating a list of Companies that have at least one contact currently in a “Nurturing” workflow.
- Filtering Deals that are being processed through an automated renewal or onboarding workflow.
Questions: * Is there a product update planned to bring parity to list filters across all objects?
- In the meantime, is there a recommended workaround that doesn’t involve creating dozens of custom properties just to “stamp” the enrollment status onto the Company/Deal level?
