Regarding the HubSpot Chrome Gmail extension. The addition of a small lightbulb function that inserts email templates has caused significant disruption to my workflow.
This feature is problematic because it is easily triggered accidentally, resulting in the loss of all email content i am actively composing. This causes considerable lost time and frustration, negatively impacting productivity.
Furthermore, this feature is unnecessary since we already have convenient access to the template submenu within the email body itself. The lightbulb function adds no value but instead introduces risk and inconvenience.
I kindly request that you review this feature’s design and consider providing an option to disable or modify its behavior to prevent accidental activation.
