In the scheduling page, is that possible to have an option to create a single page with all team members and enable the customer to select whom they would like to book a meeting with from the dropdown menu? I tried the group and the round-robin and neither offer this option.
I think you can do this by just having a standalone page that sits in front of each users link. I imagine it being a 3x3 grid (for 9 team members) with a profile photo, title, and name along with a CTA to book on their personal link. Would something like that work?
@DiegoMendanha@Bryantworks I’m curious if you found a template that helped with this? I’m looking for the exact same thing and could build it on my own, but would love if someone has already set it up
Hey @DiegoMendanha, you should be able to use one of the drag and drop templates from the Asset Marketplace along with a HubSpot landing page. If easier, feel free to book time here and we can chat in more detail.
We desperately need this functionality too. Passing through to the individual’s link doesn’t work for our use case. We want to control the meeting title and information so that it is uniform across the meeting type.
This is the use case -- our inside sales team books three types of meetings: web demos, qualifying calls, and follow-up calls. Instead of creating three different schedulers for every sales team member, I would like to create three different schedulers -- on for each meeting type. Then ideally I could allow the inside sales team to select the closer they want to book the meeting for from the list of sales people.
And I would be able to just simply manage what sales people are in the 3 schedulers as opposed to 3 different calendar links per sales person.
