Enable the ability to import email sender, and email recipient for email email activities.

I’m not entirely certain how such functionality doesn’t exist, but when uploading email activities and associating them to a deal, there is actually no way to log the email of the sender of that email, NOR the recipient.

Practically this means in use cases where the imported email body texts don’t contain an email signature which at least contains the email of the recipient, you’re stuck with an email activity where you know the activity date, email subject, & email body. You’ll have no idea who the email went to, nor who sent it.

Absolutely needed! I’m helping some clients with data migration into HubSpot, and this really gets in the way. The emails import, but without sender or recipient info, there’s no real context. You just see an email on the record and have no idea who actually sent it.

And since the sender can’t be mapped, other properties like Last Contacted don’t update either. So a contact could have tons of emails logged but still look like they’ve never been reached out to, which throws off reports, lists, etc.

Would love to see this added.
