Allow meeting owners to share Meeting Notetaker recordings and notes with view-only seat users in HubSpot.
Currently in HubSpot, users with View-Only seats cannot access Meeting Notetaker recordings or notes. Additionally, meeting owners do not have the ability to share these recordings or notes directly with such users.
This limitation creates challenges in scenarios where cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., PMO, Operations, or Customer Success teams) attend or require access to sales call recordings for reference but do not have a paid Sales or Service seat.
Business Impact:

- Reduces dependency on manual sharing (downloads, external tools)

Current Workaround:
