I would like to be able to sync my SFDC events with Hubspot.
We map our participation to congresses within SFDC (we allocate an initial budget, map the different expenses, assign our staff to the event, and calculate the total expenses - something that is not possible within HubSpot).
On the other side, we are implementing HubSpot to better monitor our campaigns. For each event in SFDC, I will have a corresponding campaign in HubSpot, with different marketing assets (booking forms, emails, social media, and so on…). I will calculate the ROI of the event based on the campaign’s total leads in HubSpot, and the total expense I have calculated within SFDC.
As it is working now, this will be very manual as I can’t:
- create automatically a HubSpot campaign based on the Event creation/approval
- Get the total of the expenses from SFDC to HubSpot.
