It’s currently possible to create a workflow directly from the email tool, using a scheduled email as the trigger. However, these email-based workflows are quite limited.
What’s more, unlike pipeline-based workflows, these workflows can’t be edited later in the main workflow tool, which makes them less flexible and harder to manage.
It would be a major improvement if scheduled emails could be used as triggers in fully editable workflows within the main workflow builder with access to the complete set of actions and logic options.
This would allow for more powerful and scalable campaign planning.
