Enable multiple categories of smart content

It would be great to be able to use multiple categories for smart content instead of just one. For example, country and list membership (e.g. if I want rules to target users in the United States in List A or List B, and users in the UK in List A or B etc.). I shouldn’t have to create different versions of List A and B based on location as well.

This would be huge. I would like to see multiple rule types combined in two ways:

  1. AND the rules together and require all criteria to be met for the smart content to be displayed.
  2. OR the rules together and prioritize smart content to display based on order of the rulesets.
