I’d like to propose a new feature that could greatly enhance the functionality of the HubSpot Conversation Inbox. My team often needs to include the same group of colleagues (such as those handling accounting or logistics) in CC or BCC when responding to customer emails. Currently, this requires manually adding each email address individually, which is time-consuming and prone to error.
It would be incredibly useful to have the ability to create and save contact groups within HubSpot, similar to the group email feature in Outlook. These groups could then be selected easily when composing or replying to emails within the Conversation Inbox, automatically populating the CC or BCC fields with the appropriate contacts.
Alternatively, it would be beneficial if we could use existing static lists to send emails directly from the Conversation Inbox, including all contacts in the list in the CC or BCC fields.
This feature would save time, reduce manual errors, and streamline communication within teams that need to regularly involve multiple colleagues in email conversations.
