At present, once a client chooses an industry for email health benchmarks the only way to edit this is to contact HubSpot report for a reset. Many clients do not fit in to one of the industries listed but may benefit from being able to review health against multiple industry benchmarks. It would be great if this was an option to toggle between!
Totally agree with this suggestion. We are in healthcar and there are multiple healthcare options that all would be relevant to compare to. I’d like to toggle between industries to see how we do against them each.
Additionally, I’m seeing that you can only compare industry benchmarks to yourself from the moment you click who to compare your brand to. It would be nice if just like the HubSpot benchmark, it looks at all your historical data as well, so it’s not just “from this moment on” but in the last year, how do I do against A/B/C industries.
Bringing this up again - at least there should be a better flag that you won’t be able to change it once set. If there was, I didn’t notice it, and I can’t redo it because it’s already set. Please Enable Editing of Industry Benchmark Choice on Email Health!
Having the same issue, this was set up early by our onboarding agent and it would be good to see if there is a more applicable option as our benchmark just says it doesnt have enough data so we have to use the hubspot benchmark but we are niche org. It should be able to edited, even if its limited to one change per so long a length of time.
