Im looking to create a permissions set that allows me to both view builds that I have run from deploying a js project directly to my production site and to generate a personal access key with those permissions but I can’t seem to figure out what permissions to enable in the permissions set to allow a user to do those. I have attached screenshots of the areas Im locked out of. Does anyone know what permissions need to be enabled here?

Hey, @Nbutler285 👋 This one might be worth a support ticket to get 100% conformation. Looking at the in-app beta page, it states the following:

Who gets it?
Sales Enterprise, Service Enterprise

**Note: To access CRM development tools, super-admin access is required.**

 ![CleanShot 2024-03-04 at 15.45.35.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/a/e/ae6010888b888e7798eb4cb61a4ac0abc68efe12.png)

My questions are:

- Does your portal have Sales Enterprise or Service Enterprise?
- Are you logged in as a super admin?

If yes to both, support should be able to clarify the roadblock for your user account.

Best,

Jaycee

Jaycee,

Thank you so much for the reply! Just following up here, do we know a timeline for when this will be developed by hubspot further? I was able to get around this by becoming a super admin. Im looking to get more people this access but without granting everyone who needs access super admin status. Thanks so much!

Hi @Nbutler285!

We have a beta running for a developer permission set, which grants users access to developer tools without having to make them a super admin. The beta also includes a developer permission template, which includes a set of pre-selected permissions that a developer should need to do their work.

![Choose how to set access - template.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/3/d/3d1919db29fda136bacef95a6ce11b8b0aa12f03.png)

 ![Choose permissions - select template.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/2X/3/38e238bf701b97617b54399848f7211300c946a3.png)

 ![Developer tools access permission.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/3/c/3c0ab9c2ad883b9e74b1f9e0010d1924e4c73ed7.png)

The developer tools access permission can be applied to a user account by manually enabling the toggle, by assigning the ‘Developer’ template above, or by adding it to a [custom permission set](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/create-permission-sets) and assigning this set to the user.

The steps to join the beta can be found in [the KB here](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/opt-your-hubspot-account-into-a-public-beta-feature) (name: ‘New Developer Permission Set’)

Please feel free to reach out to me with any feedback on this feature!
