Emmanuel Katto Uganda : Live Chat Integration Issue on Shopify - How Do I Make It Visible?

Hi, Everyone, I’m Emmanuel Katto from Uganda, I’m encountering an issue with the chat not appearing on my Shopify store

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

  • Created the chat flow
  • Installed the tracking code
  • Set the chatflow target to styleshops.com.ph
  • No exclusions are set
  • Availability is configured from 9am to 7pm on weekdays

Despite clearing cache and testing across multiple browsers and devices, the chat remains invisible. There are no other chatbots or conflicting plugins installed.
