Hi everyone
I was hoping someone might have a great suggestion for viewing .eml / .html / .msg files types in HubSpot, without having to download the file and draggng it into an email program?
Any advice?

Hi @CShiers,
HubSpot doesn’t have a built-in file viewer outside of the file manager. The file manager unfortunately does not support .eml, .html or .msg, see here: [Supported file types and sizes](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/files/supported-file-types)
Your best option is still to view these outside of HubSpot.

Sorry, we’ve already understood that HubSpot isn’t capable to provide the requested service.
And we’re expecting HubSpot to do better 😉

This is ridiculous, HupSpot is supposed to handle emails on a daily basis… and can’t open emails 😞
