Hi, I use embed forms (with standard \<script\> code) on my website and I wonder if there is any possibility to change the labels on the fly.

Let’s assume that I want to use the same form on different language versions of my website. I would do that by adding some parameters to the code which would change the label value on the front-end.

Is it possible?

Yes, there are tools that do this e.g. LocalizeJS (paid) or you can write your own JS to do this (free). Or you can create a translation of a form by clicking Actions \> Create translation on the form.

Hi @SzymonGrzesiak ,
In Hubspot for language change, we have to create a different page. On that variation page, we have to change the content and layout also. So if you are using a different language page for that page you can create a different form according to language and add it to that particular language page.

Hope this helps!
