Embedding a survey into automated HubSpot email

Has anyone used a Hubspot service or figured out how to embed a survey into an automated email follow-up?

I would like to have the second email in my automated sequence contain 5-7 questions (some text answers, some are 1-10 answers). Our hope is that this survey will be able to detect who the recipient is so that we can see how individual recipients responded.

Additionally, I don’t want to simply add a link that takes them to a new page in their browser as that is another layer of friction and would cut down on the respondents.

I have found what seems to be a solution online through Simplesat (blog here) but they require a rather high monthly subscrption just to run one or two surveys.

(This a Service Hub Professional feature.)

Thank you for such a detailed explanation! Unfortunately, the Service Hub Professional is one of the subscription levels that we don’t have.

Do you know of any other program (i.e Typeform) that integrates into the HubSpot email?

Hi Karsten,

Is there a way to directly send a survey without sending an email with a link to it? I would like to embed the survey directly into the email, to avoid extra clicks.
