We’re using an embedded Hubspot form on our website. It’s a large form. The containing element’s height is set within the iframe. After the form is submitted, and the ‘success’ message is displayed, the height of the containing element does not change, so there is a huge blank spot in the middle of our web page. It looks terrible. Is this standard behavior with embedded Hubspot forms? If so can anyone recommend a method I can use to change the height upon submission?

Hey, @StevePyro 👋 Here’s the documentation for [customizing the form embed code](https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/forms/advanced_form_options?_ga=2.168979364.444960457.1674661730-2074889257.1670862402&_gac=1.26784463.1674515877.Cj0KCQiA_bieBhDSARIsADU4zLcA7PsC_u1kYY7SKW7FxccsFrD3tJ5rXVIe9Ns5vkBBshQpi1R5GRIaAhPbEALw_wcB). Additionally, please see — [Style your embedded form with CSS in your external stylesheet](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/how-can-i-share-a-hubspot-form-if-im-using-an-external-site#with-css-in-your-external-stylesheet-marketing-hub-professional-enterprise-or-legacy-marketing-hub-basic-only)

If you want the communities’ feedback with specific troubleshooting, you may need to provide details such as a link to the page or an example page where this is happening. This allows our community members to see the issue in action. Otherwise, they are likely to not “guess” or speculate.

Best,

Jaycee

Okay, it sounds like we’ll need to upgrade our account to resolve this. Thanks
