After an accessibility audit, we’ve ran into a number of issues with Hubspot forms. I’ve listed below the findings and WCAG criteria (with relevant w3 links) for each issue:

- Field errors are not announced or compatible with screen readers.

- [3.3.1: Error identification (level A)](https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/error-identification.html)

- Error messages are not announced to screen readers

- [4.1.3: Status message (level AA)](https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/status-messages.html)

- Screen readers do not announce dropdown options

- [3.3.2: Labels & instructions (level A)](https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/labels-or-instructions.html)

- Unable to change astricks/error message colour (needed in situations where the form is in the foreground of certain background colours)
- [1.4.11:Non-text Contrast (Level AA)](https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/non-text-contrast.html)

- Error description should be descriptive, i.e., explaining what the user should enter
- [3.3.3: Error suggestion (level AA)](https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/error-suggestion.html)

Could we have these issues reviewed?

Spotted another accessibility issue with embedded HubSpot forms:
- Unable to change the colour of placeholders in forms
- [1.4.3: Contrast](https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/contrast-minimum.html)
