To make surveys as frictionless as possible and increase audience completion of the survey, it’d be nice to be able to embed a survey directly into marketing emails to gain audience feedback and/or insights.

It can be accomplished by HubSpot offering this feature or partner with survey platforms to develop this capability that’d be impactful to marketers to gain insights from our audience.

This would be a great option, particularly if you have a highly engaged contact that you’re wanting to survey in a more personalised way.

At least give us the ability to add code in random places within a newsletter vs coding the entire email.

This would be great. The NPS emails are very static and you can’t really customise them. Having the ability to create a general update email to all customers and having the NPS survey at the bottom of that would work great. It would aslo be cook to be able to add the NPS survey into sequences.

Is there any update on this functionality being developed?

This would make a huge difference to get customer satisfaction data from our clients!

I would love that! I’m also looking this kind of resource to measure my leads satisfaction into e-mail and blog contents. I just need one question (Was this content useful for you?) with two buttons to be clicked right bellow (yes or no, preferably with emojis) and I don’t want this person to be redirected.

Additionally, being able to put a survey (as an embed or module) in a marketing email would allow us to sent the email as a transaction email and thus not subject to unsubscription requirements. Customer surveys, especially those sent immediately after a service ticket is closed, are the definition of transactional (non-marketing) messages.
