Hey all! I’m looking to increase CSAT survey responses. I have an existing Feedback Survey setup sent out to clients who meet the conditions I set with Automations. I want to embed the same Feedback Survey into a Landing Page to make the Feedback Survey more visible to certain clients. That will allow me to hyperlink the survey to hopefully increase feedback responses. However, there is no way to do this after speaking with Support. Does anyone have any alternative solutions?
I agree with this feedback. This would be a very useful feature to have.
Yes, we would also benefint form embeding the survey to the web-page instead of just the pop-up option as now.
