Emails to Contact for deal stage follow up without using Marketing pro emailers

Hi Folks,

We are using HS for multiple functions of the company i.e Marketing, Sales & CRM, though we finding challenge on automated follow up emails. As we send emails to Sales deal funnel contacts, it move the contact to marketing contact & then start charging for the same based on that, where as it should be part of sales follow up. Moving email to marketing contact is costlier.

Currently struggling to get answers from HS support on the same. Can anyone help on work around or alternate solutions ?

Automated emails from deals require Marketing Hub Professional, there’s unfortunately no way around that if you want to send those emails using HubSpot. These features are simply locked in Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise.

With Sales Hub Enterprise you can automate the sending of sequences, which is similar: Enroll and unenroll contacts in sequences using workflows

You can look into third-party solutions, like Outfunnel, for a more affordable option.
