I am having a recurring problem with conversations inbox. Some of the emails are opening with the entire thread fully expanded. Since the list brings me to the bottom of the message, I see about one letter per line on deeply nested messages. I have to scroll backwards to try to actually find the start of the message, but it takes forever, and if I click and drag the scroll button, it goes too fast and I lose my place. I have responded to old messages as though they were new because it is so messy to navigate like this.

I suggest if you are creating tickets from inbox messages then you can open that ticket and check all the threads there.
