It would be great if I could easily save or convert an email i have written under contacts as a template under the conversations tab.

This would be a nice feature, surprising it’s not already available. We have Marketing emails saved as templates that we would like to use as Conversation templates. Users are a bit confused by the two different types of Templates. If they’re going to stay segregated, it would be nice if they were at least interchangeable.
