When I am sending follow up emails to prospects, they do not seem to be saving to the deal. I have to go into the contact themself where the email is saved and then link that email to the deal, even though that person is already linked initially so it does not make sense. It is time consuming as I keep having to either do this or check every time at least that emails are saving to the deals. Is there a fix here please?
I also have an issue with read receipts as when I go into my sent folder in MS Outlook, any time I click on one of my sent mails it gets counted as read in Hubspot, even though it was only me that had clicked on the email. This is then skewing the data I have as it has not been read by the prospect or at least on the occasions I have clicked on a sent mail. Any advice on this please?
