# Emails not being received

I am not receiving my ‘test emails’. When I created a new email to send out, I only chose email addresses I have access to (personal, work email, etc) and my email was not received by any of the acounts.

why and how do i fix this?

You can check in spam some times emails are recived as spam. Also you can check the setting as shown in the screen shot. Am adding a link which will help you to resolve your query ([CLICK HERE](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/how-to-set-up-user-notifications-in-hubspot))
