Hello @sbyks,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting here! 🎉

Email forwarding is known for breaking HTML email layout in general. When an email is forwarded, the receiving email client can reprocess the code and strip out elements used to build responsive layouts.

Heres an older thread that may be able to point you in the right direction: [Emails break when forwarded in Gmail](https://community.hubspot.com/t/emails-break-when-forwarded-in-gmail/15376)

Tagging in some folks from the Community to see if they have any Tip and Tricks on this!

Hey @grajput, @Emedion, @RomyFuchs1 – do you have any suggestions for @sbyks on this?

Thanks in advance!!

Sam, Community Manager
